Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Who knew that a 30 minute pilates workout that utilizes cans could burn so much?!?! Well, if you do the workout below then you will soon find out! Sydney suggested using very light weights so I grabbed my 5 lb. and 8 lb. dumbbells. The 8 lbs never got any action at all. I started with the 5lbs and was shaking after 30 seconds so I had to scurry to the kitchen cabinets to find two cans of coconut cream (for uniformity of course.) This workout kicked my butt even with just the cans. I felt so accomplished by the end of it and was dripping with sweat (that’s the goal, right?!)
