2020 Happiness Project Week #27

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

Welcome to the weekly update of my life! While I thought about blogging throughout this week, life kept me fairly occupied. We are officially over the halfway hump of 2020 and this has been a bumpy year for the world. I will be content with posting a weekly update anything on top of that will be cream and for now, that is enough for me.

I feel so thankful to be right here right now.

I spent lots of time in the garden and even ordered 10 cu yards of garden soil which has macnut mix, red, and black cinder, and compost! I am thrilled to have more soil to garden with.

The 4th of July happened this week and our neighbors across the street invited us to their BBQ / Slip-n-slide/ Burning Man party. They said that they have gone to the burning man festival 5 times and were supposed to volunteer this year, but the virus happened. So their friend, who is a fire marshall made them a 7 foot man to burn. We are still social distancing so we went over masked and brought them 4 dozen quail eggs then came home.

My partner and I decided to go shopping on the 4th and it was heavenly because hardly anybody was out! We got more solar lights to light up our property especially where our renter’s house is and we finally got ourselves a sexy little Keurig!

This was the best investment ever!

  • Laugh out LOUD. Yes!
  • Take time for self-care. I am taking much better care of myself and it feels so good ❤
  • Nurture your relationships. I love my relationship and I now have 10 penpals and counting!
  • Seek inspiration. Being outside inspires me!
  • Bring out the BEST in others. I am doing much better. Being around better people definitely helps. I wasn’t ever around bad people, but people who operate on a higher frequency are uplifting and inspiring and I aspire to be one of those people.

It has been too long since the last time that I posted a workout and word of the day… I will start posting again. The great news is that I have been very consistent with my workouts and this time around I believe that I am not overdoing it!

I am feeling stronger and better about myself everyday ❤

We finally have a good mailing address once again and I have definitely been indulging a “little extra”, lately. I haven’t taken any workout supplements other than the occasional whey protein in over a year and I decided to try out “Women’s Best” vitamins, and a workout stack. Have you ever tried their products before? Comment below if so!

My delivery arrived ahead of schedule and the packaging is super cute!
I got the beauty box and these jelly bean vitamins taste like ACTUAL JELLY BEANS!!!

I was so pleased with my experience with Women’s Best that I placed another order to order some of their athletic wear. I have never worn a matchy, matchy, set before. Have you?! I am looking forward to getting it in the mail soon! I also ordered some juice from Organifi and skin care products from Lush Cosmetics. Yes! Your girl is definitely taking the whole “Treat Yoself” mood to another level, but hey, next month is my birthday month so I might as well start early?!?! I have been doing my workout in the morning and this week, I started doing yoga before bed. It really feels good to take better care of myself and my health.

Well, the sunshine is beckoning me to go outside and garden and I am getting my very 1st Ashiatsu massage at 4 pm for an hour and a half! I will sign off for now, but don’t worry, I will be back soon. I will try to post at least once before next week’s catch-up!
