Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Yesterday evening I felt a little more energetic so I decided to do a little pilates workout followed by yoga. I was pleasantly surprised by this burst of energy and felt strong throughout both videos.
My knee has been bothering me for about 3 weeks now, but it is thankfully getting better. I am thankful that I have still been able to do my workouts. There are some motions and movements that I cannot do easily so I have been modifying the exercises and listening to my body. I am also taking epsom salt baths, icing, and using an arnica rub before bedtime. I hope that I will be able to fully recover soon. Injuries are always so humbling, but they also remind me to appreciate my health, flexibility, and mobility.

It feels like it has been ages since I have done a workout with Cassey Ho. I am so glad that I decided to look up her videos. I loved this workout and the music she chose. They are songs that I have been listening to a lot this summer and the exercises are killer (in a great way!)

It has also been a long time since I have practiced yoga consistently. Stretches that are usually so easy have been painful with my knee being compromised so I have been avoiding yoga, but I think this is a good time for me to start giving my body more TLC. This is probably exactly what I need. Sometimes we need to lean in to the tension to help it dissipate.
How to get rid of your knee pain instantly:
I am always amazed by how well Austin Goh’s videos work. Have you ever followed his suggestions? My knee felt a sense of relief that it hasn’t felt in weeks after this video. I am going to do it again tonight.

This was such a fun workout. I really worked up a sweat with this one and it felt good to challenge myself.
