Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I am so happy that this is becoming a regular thing once again. Today I felt a lot better than I have the past few days. I don’t know what it was, maybe food sensitivity, but I felt really physically yucky. I could still function and crushed my workouts in the morning, but sort of dragged through the rest of the day and by the evenings felt yucky. I am trying to re frame the feelings. Instead of worrying that something is wrong with my I am seeing it as change. I have been working hard to live a healthier lifestyle and get to a healthier weight. Last year around this time of year, one of my friends, who is a health coach reminded me that when you lose weight you mobilize fat cells and that can feel physically yucky.
It could also be dehydration. It has been hot and I know that I need to drink a lot more water. This week I have been staying in a little more and spending less time working in the sun. My boyfriend and I have been going on daily walks and that feels really good. I think it is about time for me to start keeping a food and health journal so that I can figure out what foods and routines help me to function optimally.

During this workout, I swear that I felt lower abs muscles working that I haven’t felt work in my entire life. It was burning and it felt good.
