Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Happy New Year! It has been so long since the last time that I wrote one of these “Workout and Word of the Day” posts. I didn’t blog very much during the 2nd half of 2020, but I did do a lot of great workouts and I have made progress with my health and weightloss journey!
Last September I payed for a summer fitness challenge run by a personal trainer. This gave me a good start, but I was disappointed by the fact that the trainer ghosted me and ignored my questions after 2 weeks. It was even more crushing because it had taken me years to feel ready to ask for help.
I wanted to continue making progress so I reached out to the amazing trainer who helped me train for my 1st triathlon and found out that he and his team were releasing an online fitness challenge that included a full meal plan, workout program, and much more. I couldn’t believe how perfect the timing was.
I want to continue my weight loss journey and to get into the best health and shape of my life. I am glad that I invested in these programs to get myself started, but now it is time for me to continue these healthy habits and to figure out what works best for my body and my lifestyle.
I also want to accomplish these goals without breaking the bank.
This is where you come in! I am going to try a variety of workouts and you tube videos and I will share them with you. After the workouts I am also going to learn a new word because we need to exercise our bodies and our brains!

30 Minute Lower Body Burn | Lilly Sabri
This was my very 1st Lilly Sabri workout! This morning when I was trying to figure out what to do workout wise, I stumbled across Lilly’s channel and found out that she is doing a free 14 Day workout program for the new year and it started today! Again, I couldn’t believe how perfect the timing was. This workout was challenging and I could feel the burn within minutes!
7 Minute Intense Abs
This ab workout was quick and so effective!
Sexy hips in 7 days (hourglass hips)
This one was short, sweet, and an absolute burner!
