Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I am so glad that I decided to embrace my recovery time and to focus on what I can do rather than what I can’t. Just that little shift has made a huge difference in my life. “Just change your mind and then your life will change too.” It sounds so simple, doesn’t it? But it takes practice, humility, and facing some of those inner demons. It’s worth the work, friends!
After following very strict plans ever since the end of August; it has been kind of nice to exercise more flexibility and listen to my body. I was driving really hard to get results and I have gotten wonderful results, but after awhile I was starting to feel a little worn down. Someday I hope to find that happy medium between pushing myself consistently and also being kind to my mind and body.
Today’s Workout is: Full-body + some booty 🍑
No Squats! No Lunges! No Jumping! Full-body fat burn | Mr and Mrs Muscle
I loved the variety in this workout. This channel is wonderful too. It is my go-to for warm-ups. I enjoyed the circuit format and it reminded me of the hiit format without being rough on my foot.
No Jumping! Standing Only Abs Workout:
This workout works and it also helps with balance. I like that we repeat the exercises for a few circuits because it gives us a chance to learn the exercise and then finesse with each round!

Right now my primary focus is on fatloss, but I don’t want to neglect the booty. Pamela Reif workouts are also my new favorite and this one did not disappoint! Try it!!!
Learn to Headstand & elbow stand easily | Boho Beautiful Yoga
This may be easy for most people, but it certainly is NOT easy for me. I’m not used to being upside down yet. My man on the other hand was able to take headstands and handstands right out of his back pocket and make them look so easy.
I’m trying to face my fears and learn how to do poses that I have never been able to do and this is one of them. I am going to keep learning slowly and consitently.

Thank you for joining me for another workout and word of the day! This morning, I woke up randomly at 4 am and it took me an hour to fall back asleep. I felt suddenly inspired to start dancing again. Today I might look up some ballet for beginner videos because I miss it.
What are your plans for today? I have an awesome start with work, coffee, is just about finished, and I think we need to catch up on some household chores. My man and I have been so busy working this week. It will feel good to get our space cleaned up once again.
