Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I spent 2 days curled up with food poisoning and had to take those days off from working out. I was so worn out that all I could do was lay in bed and read a book. I am so thankful that I was able to recover so quickly.
Whenever I get sick, I feel so thankful that it rarely happens and that I have been healthy most of the time. I guess what I’m trying to say is that being under the weather helps me to appreciate my health.
Today was the 1st day that I had enough energy to do a little workout and surprisingly, I have not had coffee for 2 whole days.

This is another fun Pamela Reif workout! I love the fact that she uses water bottles. I didn’t have water bottles that were easily accessible so I used my 5 pound weights and even had to set them down a few times. This one really burned!

Okay this one REALLY burned. In fact I had to take breaks a couple of times. If you want a really intense arm workout that you can do anywhere without any equipment. This is the one for you!
