Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I am feeling a lot better than I did at the beginning of the week, but I can tell that I am still not back to 100% yet. I started running again 2 days ago and yesterday I decided to rest from doing a workout because my body needed it.
Today I have decided to add Hula Hooping to my workouts. My bf got us matching hoops on amazon. I am really pleased with the quality and how easy they were to assemble. I turned on some music and hula hooped for 40 minutes as my warm-up. I love hula hooping because it brings me back to childhood and my early twenties. It also feels so much like dancing.

I really enjoyed this workout! She includes a good warm-up and cool-down too.
After my upper body workout I went for my 1 hour run. It was sunny and warm contrasted with the day before when I was stomping through mud puddles and running in the pouring down rain.
