Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Did you notice that I didn’t post about my 10th workout? It happened to fall on Saturday and I did a 30 minute online ballet class followed by a run. Lately, I have been doing more dance style classes on the weekend and it has been a lot of fun!
I am so thankful to be healthy again. Getting sick or injured can be so stressful and the answer really is to rest and recover. I’m glad that I took the time and didn’t push myself through the pain.
I took my weight and measurements this morning and while I was a little heavier than I was last week, I expected it because last week I was sick and hardly eating. When I compare my weight and progress overall, I am still headed in the right direction and I am thankful for this.
Today’s Workout Is: Hula Hooping + Glutes + Airdyne bike/ hiit circuit!

Last week we got our hula hoops in the mail and I started adding hula hooping to my workout routine. I sucked at it when I first started, but am getting better and better everyday. I’m glad that I tried a video because it helped me to pass the time in a fun way.

Adding glute activation to my leg day workouts has made such a huge difference. It only takes a little time and is so helpful.
