Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I am so sore from the workout I am about to share with you! And the amazing thing is that most of it didn’t require any equipment at all. For the last workout, I used only 5 lb dumbbells, but you can get creative and use anything that you have on hand like cans, water bottles, or textbooks, but none of this is necessary. You can get an excellent workout just from your own bodyweight!
Workout of the day: Hula Hoop + Upper Body
30 Minute Power Hoop Workout:
You obviously need a hula hoop for this workout, but it is worth-it. Hula hooping feels like play more than anything else! In the beginning it may feel a little challenging to “keep it up,” but it gets easier and easier every time!
10 Minute Standing Abs Workout:
This was a fun low-impact standing abs workout.
The Ultimate Weightless Arm Sculpt | 20 Minutes
This workout had no weights, but it burned just as much (maybe even more) than lifting weights. Pilates always gives you that sneaky burn. Because the moves seem simple, but they are really challenging!
10 Minute Arm Toner:
Who knew that light weights could be so challenging?!?! After this workout, you will know all about it! I was impressed with the burn I was feeling after this one!

I did the hula hooping in the morning then came back later in the day for the rest of my workout. Immediately after, I went for a 1 hour run. It feels so good to run again, but I really need a new playlist. Do you have any suggestions for good running playlists? Please comment below to share some of your favorite tunes!
